This truck sign seemed a little familiar:
What do you think the Washington Capitals might say?

'Caps might say anything. Probably would cry foul, as sport franchises seem to overreach in protecting their IP.

Where was it?

"Seems a little familiar" doesn't seem the same as "likelihood of confusion."

I tend to err on the side of no infringement, probably b/c I cannot see a survey expert showing results that were significant in terms of confusion as to source, sponsorship, etc.
