Bloody but unbowed
Big copyright owners want new top-level domain registries (.music, .movies, etc.) to have new enforcement obligations: another way to shut down sites by complaining to a third party with minimal incentive to adjudicate complex disputes. Anyone interested in pointing out to ICANN why this might not be the world's best idea?
