Presenting in Chicago
Tomorrow at noon, I'll be giving the Distinguished Professor Presentation at John Marshall's Center for Intellectual Property Law, talking about "Running the Gamut from A to B: Federal Trademark and False Advertising Law," in which I argue that the Lanham Act would make more sense if we spent more time thinking about the relationship between 43(a)(1)(A) and 43(a)(1)(B).
