Trademark Law as Commercial Speech Regulation
New publication: Trademark Law as Commercial Speech Regulation, 58 S. CAR. L. REV. 737 (2007). Identical SSRN copy here. Identical BEPress copy here. I would really prefer monopoly control of the market! Georgetown is also adding a faculty page with links to every professor's scholarship, which is great in theory but difficult to integrate with the website I already operate, and for the moment will just involve more duplication of effort for me. But I'm not really the target professor, so my pique should carry little weight.
