Unfortunately, I'm missing the conference, but many papers and abstracts are available on the site. I'm only about halfway through my downloads; there are a number of interesting papers available. Some trends: copyright misuse is big, as is trademark use, and there are a fair number of papers comparing copyright and patent and arguing that one field should borrow something from the other.
