I just want to know if this is also the law as applied to non-abortion-related, commercial speech: "a truthful
disclosure cannot be unconstitutionally misleading or irrelevant simply because some degree of medical and scientific uncertainty persists." Planned Parenthood Minnesota v. Rounds, Nos. 09-3231/3233/3362 (8th Cir. July 24, 2012). Perhaps we'll get a chance to see how the Supreme Court resolves this issue in the tobacco cases.
