Peep show
As usual, the Washington Post's annual diorama contest for best use of Peeps features the vast majority of winners recreating scenes from copyrighted sources. In light of the recent Federal Circuit case, the Korean War Veterans Memorial diorama is particularly interesting. Infringement analysis, anyone?
