Art objects and trademark infringement
Anthony Antonellis creates art objects/sculptures with bottles of Poland Spring water and knockoff wristbands. Nestle objects, claiming likely confusion.
What is the appropriate test?
Rogers
or something else? Antonellis is looking for a pro bono lawyer.
