I dissent! This strikes this lowly practitioner as barely transformative. What exactly is this piece saying about Old Spice or the content of the Old Spice ads?

keeping in mind that transformation now only requires new meaning/message (at least in the Second Circuit), I'd argue that there is a different message about the qualities of a man that one ought to value--though handsomeness is clearly still one.
