
I must admit: I hate the use of "fail" that's become so common. However, even I will concede that
Failblog has identified trademark fail in response to Guinness World Record's complaint that Failblog used a screenshot containing Guinness trademarks to show an embarrassing entry from the Guinness website. So, who holds the world record in "worst trademark claims on the internet"?
