ABA Consumer Protection Law Conference

The speakers will address what to expect in 2011 in consumer protection enforcement; new advertising substantiation rules; new and evolving privacy law; the expanding scope of third party liability in the CP realm; ethical considerations relating to social media in investigations and litigation; and new strategies in private advertising litigation challenges. There's also a welcome reception the evening before.
