Trademark bully of the day
Blue Cross/Blue Shield didn't like having its "name and brand" used in a study without its permission. As BCBS well knows, competitors get to use your name and brand in comparative advertising, subject to the Lanham Act. Why would it possibly think that it had any ground to stand on to object to a published study?
