UK Advertising Standards Authority and user-generated content as advertising
In this adjudication,
the ASA found that an alcohol advertiser's use of UGC on its YouTube channel (exactly how it got there wasn't described) violated the advertising standards
because the content of the videos was juvenile and irresponsible. There's no section 230 in the UK!
