Here's the story. I've been waiting for this for years, ever since a NYT story that included similar illustrations.
As with e-cigarettes, an unregulated field full of small players tends to have a lot of playing fast and loose with
all laws. Take this quote from the story: "'I think it's just a simple market strategy - mimicking brands that are pre-existing,' said Vivian McPeak who is the Executive Director of Seattle Hempfest." Still, is anyone really likely to be confused?
