Lawsuit over iPhone's Siri

Though central to many recent iPhone ads, the lawsuit alleges, Siri doesn't work as well as promised.  I bet she doesn't say, in response to "what do I do if you don't work?" "file a lawsuit."  HT my colleague Greg Klass.
