small note on Brownmark Films v. Comedy Partners

Contrary to the learned judge, I really don't think the phrases "I said, what what, in the butt" and "you want to do it in my butt, in my butt" are all that "cryptic."

    Quite possibly not, Bruce--but then judicial humor is a risky business at best. Perhaps it would have been better to skip the adjective.
