Supernaturally tarnishing?

My favorite show gave me a present! Right before the title credit we got an extended shot of blood running down the Porsche logo (from a victim of an apparently haunted car). Insinkerator sued when Heroes showed its garbage disposal mangling the hand of an ever-healing young woman, and there wasn't even a lingering, loving shot of the trademark. Of course Porsche has no valid cause of action. But I believe I may use the example in class nonetheless.
